2. Forge (IT Services)

Forge provides custom IT services, software development, and hand-over of deliverables to you. Our standard scope covers the features and hours agreed in your project plan.

• Deliverables: We will develop, test, and transfer software according to the project specification.
• Over-Working: Any work beyond the agreed scope or hours will incur additional fees at our standard hourly rate, outlined in your contract.
• Ownership: Upon full payment, you own the code and related materials. Until then, Forge retains ownership.

3. Thalia (Chat Assistant & Lead Generator)

Thalia is a chat-based assistant designed to help generate leads and improve customer engagement.

• Data Handling: All messages exchanged with Thalia are securely stored in our server database.
• Purpose: Stored messages are used solely for operator processing, AI model training, and analytics to improve service quality.
• Privacy: We do not share your chat logs with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
