Who We Are
Growplex is a B2B SaaS marketing automation platform operated by Growplex. Platform URL: growplex.dev. Contact: growplexdev@gmail.com.
What Data We Collect
Account data: name, email address, company name, and password (encrypted) when you register.
Usage data: actions performed within the platform, Gold balance and transactions, feature usage.
Product data: leads, signals, campaigns, and other content you create within the platform.
Payment data: processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy — we do not store your card details.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies for session management.
Visitor data (Thalia widget): if you embed the Thalia chat widget on your website, conversations between your visitors and the widget are stored in your Growplex account.
Google Sign-In
Growplex offers Google Sign-In as an optional way to create and access your account. When you choose it,
we receive only your basic profile information — name, email address, and profile picture — through the
openid, userinfo.email, and userinfo.profile scopes. We use this
information solely to create and authenticate your Growplex account. We do not request or access any other
Google data, we do not read your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or Contacts, we do not sell this data, and we do
not use it to train AI models. You can revoke Growplex's access at any time from your Google Account
permissions page, or delete your Growplex account by contacting us.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the Platform and its features.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts).
- To improve the Platform based on usage patterns.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Third-Party Services
To deliver the Platform, we share data with the following processors:
- Supabase (supabase.com) — database and authentication, servers in EU
- Anthropic (anthropic.com) — AI processing for Oracle and Thalia features
- Apollo.io (apollo.io) — lead enrichment (only when you explicitly request enrichment)
- Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com) — payment processing
- Google (google.com) — OAuth login, News API for signal monitoring
- Hetzner (hetzner.com) — server infrastructure, Helsinki, Finland (EU)
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase servers and backed up daily to a Hetzner server located in Helsinki, Finland (European Union). We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security in the database, and encrypted storage of sensitive credentials. No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you within 72 hours.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. Billing records may be retained longer where required by law.
Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format

Cookies
Growplex uses essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Language preferences are stored in your browser's local storage.
Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. The current version is always available at growplex.dev/privacy.
