Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Growplex platform at growplex.dev ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users including free accounts, paid subscribers, and anyone who embeds Growplex widgets on third-party websites. Growplex is operated by Growplex. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Description of Service

Growplex is a multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform providing automated marketing tools including: Oracle (AI marketing assistant), Thalia (embeddable AI chat widget), lead generation and enrichment, CRM management, signal monitoring, cold email outreach, content generation, and data import/export. The Platform is sold to businesses as a subscription service.

Subscriptions & Billing

Growplex offers four subscription tiers billed monthly:

Payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time. Refund requests within 7 days of initial purchase may be submitted to growplexdev@gmail.com and are evaluated case-by-case. We reserve the right to change prices with 14 days' notice.

Gold Credits

Growplex uses an internal virtual currency called Gold to charge for individual platform actions. 1 Gold = $0.01 USD (fixed). Included Gold is granted at the start of each billing period. Unused Gold rolls over month to month. Gold top-ups may be purchased at any time. Gold is non-refundable once consumed. Gold deductions only occur when an action produces actual results. Gold has no monetary value outside of the Platform and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: send spam or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL); collect personal data without legal basis; attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' data; reverse-engineer the Platform; use the Platform for illegal activities or fraud; misrepresent your identity in outreach communications. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs data collection and use. You retain ownership of all data you create within the Platform. If you collect EU residents' personal data via Growplex features (e.g. Thalia widget), you are responsible for maintaining a lawful basis and appropriate privacy notices. Platform data is stored on Supabase servers in Helsinki, Finland (EU). Lead enrichment data is sourced from Apollo.io.

Google Sign-In

Signing in with Google is optional. Growplex requests only your basic Google profile information (name, email address, profile picture) and uses it solely to authenticate your Growplex account. No other Google data is requested or accessed. You may revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

Third-Party Services

Growplex integrates with: Anthropic Claude (AI engine), Apollo.io (lead enrichment), Supabase (database), Lemon Squeezy (billing), Google (OAuth, News API). We are not responsible for availability or conduct of these services.

Thalia Widget

By embedding Thalia on your website you agree that: you will disclose the use of an AI chat widget in your privacy policy; each visitor message consumes 1 Gold from your balance; you will not deceive visitors into believing they are speaking with a human when one is not present; you are responsible for compliance with applicable AI disclosure laws. Growplex acts as data processor for visitor conversations; you act as data controller.

AI-Generated Content Disclosure (EU AI Act, Art. 50)

Growplex uses artificial intelligence to generate content across the Platform. Specifically: Thalia chat replies to your website visitors, Oracle assistant answers, outreach and cold emails drafted through the Platform, SEO articles and audits produced by Athena, and signal insights and translations are generated by AI systems. Every AI-generated output is logged server-side with machine-readable metadata (source, model, timestamp) identifying it as AI-generated. Visitors interacting with the Thalia chat widget are informed that they are communicating with an AI system and not a human operator. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it in commercial communications, and for maintaining any additional disclosures required by local law in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property

The Growplex Platform, branding, and module names (Oracle, Thalia, Gaia, Aletheia, Hermes, Iynx, Aegis, etc.) are owned by Growplex. You retain rights to content you create within the Platform. AI-generated content is provided "as is" — you are responsible for reviewing it before use.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results including lead generation outcomes or email deliverability. Growplex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

Termination

You may close your account by contacting growplexdev@gmail.com. Data is retained for 30 days after closure, then permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, fraud, or failed payments not resolved within 7 days.

Changes to Terms

Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Current Terms always available at growplex.dev/terms.
